SeniorFest
Join us each year in September as we give you a jump-start on life by learning how to lead a healthier life through regular exercise, proper nutrition, improving your memory, and being socially active.
SeniorFest is a health festival for seniors that includes: FREE health screenings, healthy food, fun games, entertainment, and exhibits. You collect “dream bucks” as you interact with exhibitors and sponsors and redeem them for door prize tickets. You could win one of many fabulous door prizes donated by the exhibitors and SeniorHealth that includes items like a brand new HD digital TV or a GPS unit for your car!
We work deligently to make SeniorFest both fun and informative. Bon Secours Hampton Roads is committed to helping you stay active, healthy, and independent. We have selected a series of wellness screenings that will give you a well-rounded view of your functional abilities.
