The Beazley Senior Center, located at 268 Owens Street in Portsmouth, is a great place to spend your day. Whether you’re looking for a new hobby or some new friends, you’ll find them there.
Members enjoy an extensive ceramics center, classes from arts and crafts to Body Recall exercise, and fun trips ranging from one-day dinner theater trips to longer ventures overseas.
The Center buzzes with activity Monday through Friday from 8:45 am until 4 pm. Membership is free to Portsmouth residents 55 years old or older. Fees are charged for some classes and events. For more information call 399-8156. |
