The goal of Bodies 'n Motion is to make your life more pleasurable by increasing your ability to participate in the daily activities that you most enjoy.
This is accomplished through a structured program of physical exercise, movement and education that results in an increased ability to participate in your favorite activities.
Bodies 'n Motion is adaptable to your personal needs and abilities. You will have the opportunity to improve your range-of-motion, your flexibility, your strength, your balance, your coordination, and your lifetime skills -- such as fall recovery techniques.
Participants will be able to track their progress via key health indicators that are evaluated each 8-week session.
Instructors
You will be working with some of the finest exercise instructors in Hampton Roads. All our instructors are certified to teach Bodies 'n Motion and are therefore knowledgeable in how aging affects the body. They have been educated by some of the leading exercise and health professionals throughout the United States, like those at the Cooper's Institute.

Is There A Fee?
The cost of the class is $50 for an 8-week session. Classes run 3 times each week for 1 hour.
